This Privacy Policy informs you about how any personal data that you provide to Two IP (“We/Our”) through this web site at www.two-ip.com (the “Site”) will be used.

1. Data controller

The data controller of personal data that you provide to Two IP via the Site is Anna Molony of Two IP Ltd, 3 & 4 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Olympus Avenue, Warwick, CV34 6LW.

The data controller has overall responsibility for personal data collected via the Site.

2. Privacy Manager

Two IP does not meet the criteria for a mandatory appointment of a Data Protection Officer under the General Data Protection Regulation. You can contact our Privacy Manager about any data protection related matters by email at: hello@two-ip.com marking the subject line “FAO Privacy Manager”.

3. Categories of personal data obtained

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about a living individual from which that person can be identified, directly or indirectly. We may collect different kinds of personal data about you when you interact with us via the Site or email. We may also receive this information from third parties (for example, a publicly available source).

4. Source of the personal data

Most of the personal data we obtain will be directly from you, but we may also obtain personal data about your from publicly available sources, such as the Register of European Patent Attorneys and LinkedIn.

The core purposes for processing personal data about you is to operate the Site, to select patent attorneys considered to be suitable to become consultant attorneys, and to assess the level of interest of users in various aspects of the Site and the content of the Site.

If your request for access to the secure area of the Site is successful and you request an initial conversation, then we will provide you with a further privacy notice. That privacy notice will explain how we will process your data during an application to join Two IP.
